A Final Menu, From the Heart

Love, Damian was never about recognition.

It has always been the memories shared with Chef Kyle and Damian, around food, family, and time spent together in Northern Italy.

The idea of bringing people together , around food, around family, and around the table. That spirit is something our entire team has carried forward every single day.

Our hope was to pass on that same feeling, to bring people together over a meal made with love.

Today is Damian’s birthday. Though he passed four years ago, his presence is still felt in every dish, every shared table, and every moment created here. We celebrate him today, and always. ❤️

Thank you to our regulars, and to the city of Calgary , old faces and new, for celebrating your moments with us.

Our final service will be May 29.

At the core of it all is Chef and Owner Kyle Opel, whose deep roots in the culinary world and his father’s Italian heritage inspire the soul of our menu. His passion runs through every plate we serve.

Bringing those dishes to life is our longtime friend and colleague Sam—someone who shares Kyle’s devotion to flavor, craft, and the joy food can bring.
