We are a band of friends and beer fanatics, united by one common goal: the proliferation of friendship through sharing stories and music over a beer. The taproom has a warm welcoming vibe with good tunes, house plants and beer snacks, surrounded by barrels that hold a variety of wild and sour beer creations that can take anywhere from three months to three years to mature. We brew flavourful and highly drinkable beers, from barrel-aged sours to hop-forward ales, European lagers, and everything in between.

Originating in the village of Lichtenhain, central Germany, Lichtenhainer is a historical style known to be lightly tart, oat-smoked and relatively low in alcohol. The height of its popularity was towards the end of the 1800s, and it was at one time widely available throughout the region. We put our own pineapple mezcal cocktail inspired twist on this now rare brew to create the beer you know and love as Left My Wallet In El Segundo.

We only use fresh fruit, and because the pineapple supply suffered serious challenges last year, we were unable to brew this staple seasonal, meaning this yearโ€™s celebration is extra hype!

So you should probably bring him to the taproom on Fatherโ€™s Day and treat him an authentic Czech culinary experience from Prasรกtko - a pop-up from award winning chef, author, and promoter Dan Clapson.ย 

As always, weโ€™ll have the Lukr side-pull taps flowing so you can choose your own adventure - Hladinka, ล nyt, or Mlรญko - with our Czech pale and amber lagers, Gold Past Life and Middle Child, along with our Czech Pilsner, Well Acquainted.

One bright spring morning, we joined our friends at to forage nearly ten kilos of fresh lilacs around Calgary. Back at the brewery, we blended them with 45kg of raw local honey from , and fermented the brew on our own house culture for the next few months. The resulting beer is softly floral, with honey providing a balancing backbone. Because these ingredients are so versatile, we also gave them a chance to shine alongside fresh blackberries. As with all our sleeks, the goal is wild beer that's approachable and crushable. Try them side by side. Itโ€™s another love letter to the wild bounty of Alberta.

It was a wild 3 days with 100+ performers from all over Canada, an incredibly vibrant showcase of everything the rainbow has to offer.

We took our newest hand-selected lot of Mosaicโ€”bright, berry-forwardโ€”and introduced it to the dankest Nelson Sauvin we've ever laid hands on. We then enhanced it with @ ych Dank Dive Columbus Cryo for that heavy resinous punch, and Riwaka Hop Kief to lift it all into the citrus stratosphere. Peak on a high of orange zest, grapefruit pith, lychee jellies, and fruity gum, all fluttering on your tongue, with that garden fresh ma*****na flavour tying everything together like the bassline you feel more than you hear.
