Just a few weeks ago, we set off to the Las Vegas Expo to scope out some new equipment (specifically, ovens!) and meet with some industry peers and pizza enthuasiasts. It was amazing getting to see the passion and enthusiasm coming from the community.

We approach our desserts with the same care and consideration that goes into all of our pizzas. ✨

Our Peanut Butter Cheesecake has been one of our most highly requested dishes over the years. This dessert features a chocolate cookie crust with layers of rich ganache and our signature creamy base, complete with toasted peanuts and a housemade drizzle.

Word on the street is that it travels very, very well. Car, plane, you name it! Order online or stop in to any of our locations to grab a slice.

We talk a lot about our high-quality ingredients, new menu additions, and locations, but we don't always dive into the story behind the name Bow Tie Pizza.

Years ago, when we first started kicking around the idea for our business, we chatted with a friend who worked in the creative space (and still does!). They noticed that a bow tie was a common Monday to Friday look for one of us - from there, the wheels started turning. They suggested we name the business after that signature look and we never looked back.

It perfectly fits the best dressed quality we add to every menu item that we make. 💙 We recently found some of the old drawings that inspired our look today! Swipe over to see the difference.
