Our Malai Chicken is a labour of love.

It’s twice-marinated over multiple hours, which proves Chef Amit’s attention span reflects his pre-internet childhood (don’t fact check us).

After all that marinating, you get a beautifully charred half chicken with rich cardamom & cashew cream, finished with chili & herb oils.

Available after 3pm, in-house only.
