This is our third year participating, and this year we’re serving up A Rocky Road Maca-cone 🤎 Featuring macaron shells shaped like a classic ice cream cone, filled with marshmallow fluff, rich chocolate ganache, & crushed almonds.

$1 from every Rocky Road Maca-cone sold will be donated to to help provide nutritious meals and support for Calgarians in need!

We recently had the pleasure of creating a custom macaron order featuring locally grown haskap berries from Kirkaberry Farms.

After farming hay east of Calgary, Susan and her husband Murray weren’t quite ready for retirement. Instead, they started a new adventure cultivating 800 acres with 10 different kinds of berries, including haskaps.

These little berries contain 3–5 times the antioxidants of blueberries, and they’re quickly becoming a local favourite. Even better? Their fields are protected without nets or pesticides. They simply play recordings of hawks and birds in distress to naturally keep hungry birds away.

We love partnering with passionate local producers and showcasing the ingredients. Merci, for sharing your beautiful haskap berries with us! 💜

A little behind the scenes of our meringues! Did you know the piping tip is what determines their shape and size?

✨The Star Tip creates those classic ridges for a textured finish.
✨The French Tip is similar to a star tip, but with finer ridges for a more delicate, elegant look.
✨The Round Tip is smooth and perfect for simple modern shapes.

Meringues are made whipped egg whites and sugar, slowly baked at a low temperature until they’re crisp on the outside with a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Camp fYrefly creates a safe, inclusive space where youth can build confidence, develop leadership skills & connect with community through educational programs, outdoor adventures & mental health resources.

⛱️ We added some new touches to our patio for summer.

🌈 Our window display got a colourful refresh for Pride Month.

🍷 We hosted another Wine & Macaron Pairing evening.

🍓 Strawberry Lemonade Macaron Mini Cakes have arrived!

🥣 We’ve been busy with this month’s ‘Macaron 101’ Baking Classes and there are still a few spots available if you’d like to join us.

🎨 One of our favourite parts of class? Seeing the colours everyone chooses for their macarons.

🤠 New Stampede Collection flavours are coming this Friday!

💛 Passion fruit continues to be a fan favourite, with two variations currently available, including our Pride Macaron. Through June, 50% of sales from this flavour will be donated to Camp fYrefly in support of 2SLGBTQI+ youth.
