🚨 SOUND TECHNICIAN COVERAGE NEEDED 🚨

We’re looking for a reliable sound technician to provide coverage for a couple of upcoming live music gigs at The Trop in September & October!

📅 Saturday, September 12
⏰ 9:30 PM – 1:30 AM

📅 Saturday, October 17
⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

There is potential for more gigs! If it’s the right fit for both the venue and the tech, there is opportunity to work additional shows with us in the future when coverage is required.

The Trop is looking for a Bar Manager to take the reins and lead our bar team! 🍻

We’re looking for someone who knows the industry, takes initiative, stays organized and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership over the day-to-day bar operations.

What you’ll be responsible for...
🍺 Leading & supporting the bar team
📦 Managing liquor, b**r & w**e ordering and inventory
🤝 Building relationships with beverage reps
💰 Managing costs, waste & product opportunities
📣 Communicating expectations & holding the team accountable
🍸 Keeping the bar running smoothly & efficiently
🔥 Working closely with our GM & management team

What we’re looking for...
• 3+ years bartending experience
• 1–2 years management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of bar operations
• Organized, reliable & accountable
• Confident decision-maker who takes initiative
• Someone who genuinely wants to take ownership of the bar and lead their department

💰 $20/hour for Bar Manager responsibilities + regular bartending shifts & tips
