Hokkaido Scallop, finished with Red Yuzu Kosho. Always on the à la carte menu at Nupo. Clean, tender, with gentle sweetness and a soft, almost buttery bite. Hokkaido Scallops are all natural ‘dry’ scallops that retain moisture and ocean flavour.
