We are sad to learn of the passing of friend of Sidewalk Citizen - Harry Sanders. Known to Calgarians as Harry the Historian, Harry's enthusiasm and passion for Calgary will be greatly missed. We send all of our love to his family and friends.

Named after Spain’s costsl thestre, Zarzuela is a dish with a bit of drama, plenty of flair, and, if we’re doing it right, a standing ovation 👏👏👏
Stefan Gusztak version combines langoustine, clams, squid, and shrimp in a rich tomato broth and served with grilled, crusty Sidewalk Citizen Bakery sourdough to soak up every drop of that the broth. 🦐🍤🦪🦑🍅 Hot, aromatic, flavourful, it’s meant to be shared on a summer night!
