Happy Fathers' Day!

Thank you to all the fathers out there that always go above and beyond every day for their families. This includes all fathers; birth, step or just simply the ones that are a father figure to everyone. For my family, Fathers' day will now always be a bittersweet day but to honour the memories of all the memories we shared with our fathers and father figures, we want to help out with your lunch or dinner plans so here is another .

BANH HOI NEM NUONG. This dish is as delicious as it is pretty. is teeny tiny rice noodles steamed then presented almost like thin patties to be wrapped with green leaf lettuce and of course . Nem Nuong is the pork meatballs that you already love on typical bowls but this time it was stuffed in lemongrass, which gave it that bulb appeal. You would not believe the aromatics in this dish.
