Our new lunch and dinner menus launched this week! 🙌

This Atlantic Salmon dish is featured on the lunch menu, served with Israeli couscous, tabouleh, and chili gremolata.

Fun fact: we receive the fish whole and clean each one in-house with zero waste. The salmon trim is even used in our new Tagliolini dish.
