So the good news is...

We are going to have a playoff Battle of Alberta!

The bad news is...

Game one is Wednesday night, so we will be taking a week away to let the bar open up to the hockey fans for the start of the series. Next week will be week one of our tournament and there is no game scheduled that night so we will be a go for May 25th.

TOURNAMENT STARTS SOON!

Come out next Wednesday for trivia...last one for tune up before the tournament begins on September 22nd!

Prizes to be announced. As always though the game is for some fun competition, so come play but dont take it too seriously.

Here are the tournament rules and what you need to know!

Tournament begins September 22nd.

- there is no cost for playing
- play as a team, there is no established limit of players, but best to keep to a maximum of 8 people per team
- your team only needs to play four times in the first eight weeks to qualify for the final but can play all 8 weeks
- your top 4 scores will be averaged out and will count for 50% of your overall score
- the finals ( week 9 ) will be worth the other 50%, which means a good final night score can win you the tournament even if you dont have the best scores going in.

The game is played with myself (Curtis) as your host but you will need an electronic device and email access to play the game. So bring your device charged (phone or tablet)

REMEMBER THOUGH, NO CHEATING. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING! Just kidding. But seriously dont be that team.

Weekly $30 bar gift certificate for weekly winner. Secondary gift certificate can be won by any team who plays, value changes weekly.

Also, if you want a chance to get a 2 for 1 pass to On Tilt Virtual Reality, come say hi and ask me for one. I have a limited number available but if you ever wanted to try it and can give you good value to check it out.
