Thank you to All our customers and team.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Summerland Wildfire Fundraiser, we were able to donate $1,200 to the SOS Wildfire Response Fund through the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen.

We couldn’t have done this without your support.

Thank you to everyone who came out, dined with us, and helped us give back to the community.

This Saturday, we’re giving back to Summerland.

Stem Japanese Eatery has grown alongside BC wine, and the Okanagan wine community has been an important part of our journey.

In response to the recent wildfires in Summerland, we will donate 20% of all sales this Saturday to support the Summerland Fire Relief Fund.

Thank you for joining us in supporting a community that has given so much to BC food and wine.

“Hamo Ten Tamago toji Don”

Hamo is pike conger eel which is taste of summer of Kyoto. These are tempura fried, and dive into simmering Dashi, pouring free run egg over it. Goes on to bed of rice. Super yummy and rare chance to eat this. Only at Stem. Limited availability.
