Great pizza starts with great dough 🍕

Our sourdough crust is made fresh every day using a naturally fermented starter and left to slowly develop over 48–72 hours. That long, slow process is what builds its flavour, light texture, and those signature airy bubbles in the crust.

We mix, fold, and rest it by hand - letting time do what it does best. No shortcuts, just patience and care in every batch.

It’s simple, honest, and at the heart of everything we bake. And it’s exactly what makes the difference you can taste.

Our newest addition just landed on the menu, and it’s been getting a lot of double takes 🍕

It looks rich, messy, and definitely not what people expect from a vegan pizza 🌱

But it is!

BBQ jackfruit, cashew mozzarella, roasted jalapeños, pickled onions, and fresh cilantro on our sourdough crust.

It’s fun, flavourful, and it proves vegan doesn’t mean simple 🔥
