Dear customers of Bo Chin, we are currently responding to any and all comments regarding the lackluster and truly regretful actions that we had made today, as we just hoped that this won't ruin the spirit of Christmas! We are currently showing everyone our holiday hours for today (Monday, December 25th, 2023) due to selling out all the food that we have from today (once again we apologize for each and every bad order and we really do hope that we can do our best to never make the same mistakes again such as incredibly late delays). We hope that you will believe in us doing better for Christmas tomorrow, as we will work hard to provide orders and meals on time to those celebrating Christmas with loved ones, choosing to dine with the food we prepare every day. Once again, we apologize to each and every one of you who had experienced such inadequate and late orders. We sincerely hope that we can do better for the busy holidays.
