Good morning dear makers and happy May Long weekend!

The moment that we have been waiting for is here as the first Twilight Tuesdays Makers Market of the season is tomorrow, May 21st!

The Set up is from 3pm to 4pm. We are asking you not to come earlier as there won't be anyone on site to support you (with direction, site layout, etc). You can come on site with your vehicle to drop your products/material. There will be 23 of you tomorrow, so please, be respectful of others, drop and go park your vehicle (there are parking lots all around the site).

The event is from 4p to 7pm. We have live music programmed, the AQ Train will also be running during that time, it will be fun!

The teardown is from 7pm to 8pm. Please, do not start tearing down before 7pm.

The weather will be fantastic, it should be a great event (different from May last year, for those of you who were there).

Have a look at the rules to follow as per City Standard:

_ Smoking is prohibited in all parks
_ Unlicensed alcohol is prohibited
_ Charcoal BBQs are prohibited
_ Please, secure your tent/structure by weights (no posts or pegs)
_ For set up and teardown, you can come with your vehicle on site. Note that the space is open to the public at all time. Please, use caution when entering and exiting the site, this could be your kid.

Have a look at the booths # below and find your booth on the map also provided.

Feel free to share the info with your friends, family, regular customers. The more we talk about the event, the better the sales will be for you all.

If you have pictures or logo you would like me to use for promotion, please, send them my way.

I will be on the Bruce A Wylie show tomorrow at 7:10am to talk about the market.
