The past nine years have been absolutely amazing. The best learning experience creating the yummiest food, and meeting the best people.

As our family dives into a different business venture, it gives us so much excitement to pass along this one to such an amazing young man, who started as an employee and is now the new owner of Fryday Chip Trailer. We can’t wait to support him, and we hope you all do as well.

It has been an insane week.

✅ The renovations are almost finished now! There’s a few small things left to do but we’re just waiting on some parts - all the big renovations are done. The new flooring is in and our new stainless front counter has been installed.

✅ All of our inspections have been completed and we passed with flying colours. I went down on Friday to get our permit to operate from the municipality. So we’ve got the green light!!

It’s been a crazy couple weeks of renovations but we’re almost finished! Our new floor is looking fabulous and new counter is going in today.

Freezers are full, potatoes are cut and fryers have fresh oil… all set for the weekend. 💥 Jason and I will be working tonight and Saturday night and we’d love to see you!

Last poutine of the season 😩 1 more hour and we’re officially closed for the 2022 season. It’s bitter sweet this time of year but we’re ready to start renovations and planning for next year.

🔥 What a crazy summer it’s been! 🔥

The new menu items have been a huge hit this summer, especially the tater tot poutine 🤤. If you have any suggestions for something you’d like to see on the menu next season, let us know!!

Also, since the long weekend is over now, our hours are going back to Fridays and Saturdays only. We’ll be open until mid October, so come get one last yummy poutine before we close ❄️
