✈️ The Fall Supper Club season takes flight on Friday, October 9th with “From Seville to Marrakech”, an unforgettable culinary journey inspired by the vibrant flavours of Spain and Morocco.

🍊 From the sun-soaked streets of Seville to the spice-filled souks of Marrakech, Chef Couillard takes us across the Mediterranean for an evening where two extraordinary culinary worlds meet. Spanish tapas and Moroccan mezze set the journey in motion, followed by rich harira, bright citrus, Seville orange glazed chicken and a decadent fig & port finale.

Planning a wedding is a journey that often begins long before the big day.

It starts with listening to a couple’s ideas, understanding their vision and truly absorbing the lens by which they imagine one of the most important days of their lives.

By the time the wedding day arrives, somewhere between the brainstorming, hundreds of emails back and forth, tastings and site visits, we are completely invested in every detail, big and small - because it takes thoughtful planning, steady problem-solving and an incredible team working together, from the people you see to the many hands behind the scenes.

When plans shifted in the final stretch, our team adapted together and helped bring every part of the day to life. To know this couple felt supported, and that we helped make their wedding everything they hoped it would be, is the kind of thing that stays with us long after the last plate is cleared.

Because no couple should have to carry every detail alone when we’re here to help carry it with you - and to support with turning all those months of ideas, decisions and moving pieces into a day you can swoon over for years to come ✨

Another incredible event weekend in the books✨

On Saturday alone, our Catering & Events team orchestrated six outstanding events across the Kawarthas. Between two birthday celebrations, a Rotary Club gala and three spectacular weddings, we served an extraordinary 2,100 plates along the way.

Among them was this beautiful wedding, which we had the honour of hosting right here at home.

For 100 guests and one very special couple, the Lodge underwent a complete transformation, with the entire space reimagined for the occasion.

To everyone who trusted us with your milestones this weekend, thank you. What a privilege it is to be invited into your life’s most meaningful moments.
