Oh my......been a long long time. Mss y'all!! Doing take out fish and chips this weekend....(finally!!) Halibut $11/pc Arctic Cod $8/pc. Prawns $1/pc. Chips $5/$8. Please ask for tartar, ketchup, vinegar, S&P if needed. Will take orders only by text or call to 403-816-1362 for pick up Friday, after 3 till 8 and Saturday after 3 but just until 6 (then I gotta go to my other job!!) It's been a tuff couple years but looking forward to seeing you!!

For those long time and loyal customers who remember Piper….. the best waitress ever!!! She is fine but last week her house burnt down in the Monte Lake Fire. They are off grid, and very remote, and hence have no insurance.
She and Anthony (Morgan)have been living down close to Vernon full time for the last few years, starting their lives together. Piper has been doing online schooling as a teacher aide for special needs kids as well as working part time and Anthony has been building up his tree falling business. They got a couple cats, a dog and planted a garden this spring. There has been a go fund me page and I will try to attach the link, but if you search “ help the Morgan’s rebuild” you can get the details. We love you Piper and know all too well the stress and hurdles you are facing. Most important is you, Anthony, family and pets are okay! Xo

So was loading up my truck, disrupted a wasp nest, ran and jumped/fell out back of truck …… bee stings, fractured heel, severe sprained ankle and the knee took a hit…… out of commission for a few weeks. Take care out there and will post when back on my feet!

Just picked up today a box of new Warba potatoes straight from Delta....dug up last week so besides being included in the specials, feel free to order some steamed as a side for your planned dinner or BBQ. Left overs make amazing hashbrowns or potato salad..delish!!!

Also baked up 3 strawberry rhubarb crisps so will be included with all specials......

Corned beef and cabbage with steamed potatoes and carrots. $22

BBQ tri tip with fried potatoes and green beans.... it’s a mainly American cut of beef that I love and always cook when in the US. It’s been a while now since I have been stateside so was thrilled to see it available at our local grocery store!!!!! $24

Beef stew....hearty helping of beef stew with fresh made buns and the crisp! $18

Happy Weekend!! Finally some restrictions have been lifted and hopefully we are getting back to some semblance of normal...
We are still only offering take out for the time being but will keep on monitoring the regulations.
So for this weekend, I am firing up the smoker and gonna throw a whole beef brisket on for about 16 hours....low and slow and legit!! Also gonna throw on some wings...

These will be the only specials this weekend, and you have a choice of 3 sides and comes with watermelon salad to start and bread pudding for dessert:

onion rings
caesar salad
veggies and dip

As always we have fish n chips, cajun prawn linguini

Slow smoked BBQ Chicken & Ribs with your choice of 3 sides.....baked beans, fries, roast potatoes, dill pickle pasta salad, coleslaw, cornbread, bean salad, watermelon/feta salad, caesar salad, veggies and dip.

Chicken wings with fries, veggies and dip. Whatever is your favorite flavour!!

Blackened fresh Icelandic cod with watermelon salsa, rice and veggies.

Warm Seafood Salad, Jumbo Scallops and Prawns pan fried in butter, garlic and white wine and topped on fresh greens.

Happy Easter All!! In trying to keep with all traditions. We are offering a different special each night.... fish on Friday.. obviously fish and chips, as well as a sesame seared tuna loin with your choice of sides.

Saturday night will be ham dinner with Scalloped potatoes veggies and all the fixings including salad and dessert.

Sunday is turkey dinner. Stuffing, potatoes, gravy, homemade buns

Also comes with starter salad and dessert.

$30 per plate and could possibly deliver locally please call ahead and give us much notice as possible. Quantities are limited. Happy Easter everyone💕💕
