Each dinner serves 4 and is filled with all your Thanksgiving favourites for a high quality holiday meal at home without all the work.

What you're actually watching is a mesmerizing, scratch-made bavarois molded into absolute perfection. It has all the sleek, glossy curves of your favourite glazed treat, but with that incredibly light, velvety pastry cream texture instead.

It's elegant, it's a total double-take, and it's entirely too satisfying to watch.

We are still in awe of the incredible generosity on display at the 2026 Miracle Gala this past Saturday. More than 250 philanthropists gathered to support the It's Time for Surgival Evolution campaign, helping advance cancer care at Royal Jubilee and Victoria General Hospitals.

I gave myself excellent advice, I just chose to pretend it was meant for someone else. 🫣😉

In our defense, when our pastry team is rolling out hundreds of these house-made panna cotta cups completely from scratch, it's impossible to resist...Between the vibrant berry medley and that elegant, edible 24k gold leaf detail, they are the ultimate showstopper.
