All our mouldings are first cut on a hotwire CNC cutter out of foam. Then the exterior mouldings have a layer of fiberglass mesh wrapped around them. Finally they run through the extrusion machine where they are coated with a flexible base coat (similar to stucco) at 1/8" thick. Add paint and they are ready for install.
