Tom is truly going above and beyond by treating EVERY guest at our Designer Handbag Bingo event to delicious charcuterie appetizers for the evening! Now THAT is generosity! In addition to offering sit down and take out options at their restaurant, Mercasa also offers outstanding catering services, bringing delicious Italian cuisine and beautifully prepared dishes to special events and gatherings throughout the community.
Chef Tom’s love for Italian cooking began at a young age, learning alongside his mother and embracing his deep Italian roots from the regions of Abruzzo and Lazio. His travels throughout Italy inspired him to create Mercasa, a place where families and friends can gather to enjoy high-quality Italian food made with heart, tradition, and pride.
