Soooo this happened earlier in the week and it’s got everyone talking! 😬

Many of you have been in full private detective mode trying to figure out how our gate ended up like this. 🕵️‍♂️

So let’s quash some of these conspiracy theories floating around the taproom.

1. No, it wasn’t a drunk driver.
2. No, it wasn’t Martin playing with the excavator.
3. No, it wasn’t a freak meteor strike.
4. No, it wasn’t Steve showing off his Rugby tackling skills for some customers.

It was an accident!

On Thursday, the company came to move the dump truck and while backing up, they overestimated how wide the gate opening was - and squash! It never stood a chance. They left a nice note and will replace it.

Accidents happen, we’re just glad that the gate was the only one who suffered injuries.

It’ll all be fixed up soon and back to looking spiffy in no time at all.

But in the meantime, share a time in the comments when one of your Reno projects led to another that you didn’t expect! Better yet, drop by for a b**r this afternoon and tell us in person.

This weekend, we’re serving up some pulled pork tacos! 🌮
Smoked pork shoulder, topped with pickled jalapeños, salsa roja, diced onions, sour cream and cilantro. They pack some good heat!

$15 for 3 of these bad boys!

Tonight I learned that taking a good picture of a taco is kinda hard… so here’s some stills of me just eating them. 🤷😂

Take my word for it, they’re good! Now which b**r should I wash them down with? Drop your suggestion in the comments 👇

We heard you... and yep, we screwed up.

We’re new to planning parties like this, and we got a little carried away with the ticket price. Who would have guessed that the scariest part of our Halloween party was the $50 admission?!

So, we’re slashing the price to $25 per person, Jason Voorhees style!

Join us on October 31st from 7PM - Midnight for our first ever Halloween Bash:

- First alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage is included
- Live music by the Ken Emberson Band
- $5.50 b**rs all night long, purchased separately
- A costume contest with a prize up for grabs

We’re also replacing the pizza bar with pizza slices and snacks available for separate purchase, so you can grab a bite whenever you like.
- We’ll have sausage on a bun ($6.00)
- Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza slices ($2.50ea)

Thanks for the honest feedback and for bearing with us while we figure this out. Get your costumes ready, we’ll stick to brewing the b**r and leave the frightening prices behind!
