In-house smash patties mixed with wildberry BBQ sauce, seared to perfection, and topped with smoked gouda, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Drizzled with our Echo burger sauce, served on a brioche bun.

SCALLOP ROSE RIGATONI
Tender rigatoni in a garlic-butter-rose sauce with bacon bits, red onion, and diced tomatoes. Topped with a seared scallop skewer, fresh basil, and creamy ricotta, and served with garlic toast.
