We opened in our present location in 1992 with a small staff of 3, specializing in making dhalpuris and parathas. We have since become a full retail shop selling a wider variety of traditional Caribbean foods like roti wraps, doubles, etc., while continuing our tradition of making the best quality dhalpuris and parathas (flat-breads). We also supply our famous rotis (roti skins, flat-breads, wraps) and other items to restaurants, banquet halls, hotels, caterers, and stores, across Ontario and beyond.
