Theresa is a passionate gourmet cake decorator with nearly a decade of experience under her apron. She has honed her skill set at numerous bakeries and wedding cake shops and most recently undergoing the role of Head Pastry Chef of Sen5es Bakery at the Soho Metropolitan Hotel. A graduate from the Baking and Pastry Arts Program from George Brown College Theresa specializes in fondant icing, custom decoration, and artisan baking.
