Happy Monday everyone!
I’ve been a bit lazy about posting my work with pictures and messages but making this cake it was so fun and it came out so beautifully realistic that made me so excited and I couldn’t resist on sharing it with all of you!
Inside is a delicious sponge lemon flavoured and lots of fresh blueberries layered with silky rich lemon curd !
Just perfect for a summer cake!
