Today marks a great milestone for Poleiro (Poleirobbq.ca) 2 more seasonings that Poleiro used and uses in its most popular dishes. Brisket, pulled pork, and macncheese. These two new seasoning on the local town of Bradford , Riallis No Frills and Portugalia Bakery. These two seasonings will add flavour to any meat and pastas. Enjoy my friends.

Today's meal for 1 to 2 people, weather you single or a couple. Using POLEIROS Wild smoked Whiskey seasonings. Simple anyone can make it, you can grill it, roast it etc. Mix our seasonings with some Canola oil, and White wine vinegar, mix and season your proffered meat with this simple mix. No salt needed. End result on my next post.
