What an incredible first day! A HUGE **thank you to everyone who came out yesterday** to welcome Bluebird Dolce. We loved seeing so many smiling faces enjoying gelato, crêpes and Italian sodas! ✨

But Bluebird Dolce is about **more than serving something delicious.**

🚀 **WE’RE SERVING UP OPPORTUNITY.**

One of the reasons we created Bluebird Dolce is to give **young people real, hands-on experience in business and entrepreneurship.**

They’re learning customer service, sales, teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving and what it actually takes to help run a business — **by doing it.**

And when you visit, **you become part of that journey too.** 💙

They’re learning, and they won’t always get everything perfect. A little patience, a kind word or some encouragement can go a long way toward building their **confidence, independence and skills.**
