Houle’s Kitchen is now closed. We had our last pop up this weekend and ended with serving pizza on the Main Street during the Big Valley Street dance festival. What a way to go. We made and sold 70 pizzas on Friday and about another 40 on Saturday. I am so incredibly thankful to have had this opportunity and I’m sure that I have the best customers in the world. Thank you to all who allowed us to cook for you. It was so great to see all your beautiful faces walking through the door. We will miss our little kitchen and our wonderful customers.

FINAL Houle’s Kitchen pop up is set for July 26 and July 27 (Insert tears here)!! We have so enjoyed cooking for you all. Thank you for your support. We will be doing pre-orders until Thursday, July 25. Text or call your order to (403)741-8198, sent a pm or comment on this post to order. We will also be offering pizza by the slice on the street during the street dance on Main Street in Big Valley from 3-9 on July 27. Cash is the preferred method of payment but cards can still be accepted in the kitchen. We love all our customers and look forward to seeing you one more time before our final closure.

Second last pop up for Houle’s kitchen. Cut off for orders for this pop-up will be Wednesday, June 12. We will be offering pick up times between 4 and 8 in 20 minute intervals (4:00, 4:20, 4:40, 5:00 and so on). If you would like to place an order, comment on the original post on the Houle's Kitchen page. Remember that we need to know the size of pizza you are ordering. To order, please include the following:
Your name
Your items to be ordered (eg. 14” 6FF and salt and pepper bone-in wings)
Pick up time on the 20’s (eg. Pick up at 4:40)
You will be contacted with a confirmation of your order.
We are so excited to cook for you again, even if it is only a couple days a month.

Last pop up will be July 26 and 27. On the 27th, we will be taking orders and will be selling pizza by the slice for the street dance.

Bonus pop up this month!!

I have the week off we decided to offer a Bonus pop up next weekend.

We will be open Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25. If we can get some pre-orders in by Thursday, that would be great. If you would like to order, comment here, shoot a pm or call or text 403-741-8198.

In case this one doesn’t work for you, we will be offering 2 more pop ups. They will be June 14/15 and July 26/27. We are still hoping someone will take over and keep offering our delicious pizza in town. If not, get it while you can.

Well, we will not be open May 5 (Cinco de Mayo) but we will be open May 10 and 11 and our Miss Shelly has a big birthday on May 7 so we will be celebrating in the kitchen.

Anyone looking for a pizza business? Houle’s Kitchen is for sale. All equipment and recipes needed to make our delicious pizzas included in the sale. Selling for $40,000. I know we just had our pop up last weekend but I will be in the kitchen on Saturday, March 23 making some pizzas for a special order. If anyone would like to pick up pizza sometime between 5:30 and 7:30, let us know by Friday night what you would like and a pick up time and we would be happy to make it for you.

UPDATE!! I have a few orders so far. If you would like pizza and/or deep fried food for Super Bowl Sunday, send a message with your order and pick up time and we will be happy to cook for you.

We are closed; but we are missing our pizza and your beautiful faces. We are going to try a “Pizza Pop-Up” for a Friday and Saturday night once a month. Our first one will be held on Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17. We will be offering pizza and deep fryer items only. We have taken our salads, wraps, lasagna and perogies off our menu. These pop-ups will be by pre-order only and sales will be cash only. Pre-order is required so we know how much groceries to get and cash only saves us the fees that the bank charges. To my many valued customers,

I have so enjoyed running Houle’s Kitchen. Food is my love language so cooking for many has filled my cup in so many ways. For that, I am eternally grateful. We are entering our last week of being open. There are so many emotions, we have had so much fun in that little kitchen. A huge thank you to all our customers, the wonderful employees I have had the pleasure to work with and my family for helping me with my dream and chipping in when needed.

This week we are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11-8. Every order this week will be 10% off. We wish you all a very merry Christmas and all the best in 2024. As always, we look forward to cooking for you all.
