INGREDIENTS–
1- MILK (FULL CREAM)- 1/2 LIT.
2- SIWAYI- 25gm
3- SUGAR- According to taste
4- CARDAMOM
5- GHEE- 5-6 spoon
6- KESAR
For Garnishing-
1- ALMONDS
2- CASHEWS
3- PISTA
METHOD-
STEP 1– First of all, take two to three spoons of ghee in the pan and put vermicelli/SIWAYI in it and fry it lightly on low flame when the siwayi becomes light brown in color.
STEP 2– Then add full cream milk to it and keep mixing it well till the milk and siwayi become one.
STEP 3– We will also add saffron for color in it, you will see that the milk has been mixed well in it, then add sugar according to your taste.
STEP 4– After that we will take another pan In a spoonful of ghee, roast cashew nuts, almonds, whatever dryfruit everyone likes, lightly roast it for two to 3 minutes., cut it and roast it, then put the DRYFRUIT in the sewai and mix it well.
STEP 5– Siwayi is ready to serve, u can also garnish dry fruit on siwayi.
