These came out beautifully! The difference from pre-bake → fresh from the oven is perfect for a Craftalie post. The golden crust on the finished batch—especially the cheese-and-onion and Everything bagels—really shows off the transformation.

If you’re looking to post these two together, I’d caption them something like:

🥯 FROM DOUGH TO GOLDEN PERFECTION 🥯

A little behind-the-scenes look at today’s bake at Craftalie Kitchen. ❤️

✨ Before: hand-shaped, topped and ready for the oven.
🔥 After: golden, chewy, fresh-baked goodness!

There’s just something so satisfying about watching a tray of homemade bagels transform in the oven. Today’s batch included classic, Everything, and some seriously delicious cheesy/onion creations. 🤤

Handmade from scratch, one batch at a time.

✨ Fresh from the Craftalie Kitchen! ✨

I’ve been busy baking, experimenting, and adding a few delicious new treats to the lineup — and I’m so excited to finally share them! 🥯💕

🍫 NEW Chocolate Bagels — rich, chocolatey and perfectly chewy. A sweet twist on my homemade bagels and absolutely delicious toasted with butter or cream cheese!

🍋🫐 NEW Blueberry Scones — loaded with fresh blueberries and finished with a homemade vanilla-lemon glaze. Soft, buttery and bursting with berries.

🍞 NEW Homemade English Muffins — soft and fluffy inside with that classic lightly toasted exterior. Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, eggs, jam, butter… or straight off the cooling rack!

🌿 And of course, the ever-popular Rosemary Bagels are back! Savoury, aromatic and one of those flavours that keeps getting requested again and again.

Everything is homemade from scratch in small batches with the same care that goes into every Craftalie bake. ❤️
