If you’ve joined us around the table this summer, you’ve already experienced Chef Troy’s talent firsthand. He has been behind the scenes all season long, curating the flavours, dishes, features, and specials that have quickly become some of your Goose & Gander favourites. From busy summer nights to brand-new creations, Chef Troy has poured an incredible amount of passion, creativity, and hard work into our kitchen.

Earning your Red Seal is a HUGE accomplishment, and we couldn’t be prouder to have Chef Troy as such an important part of our flock. 🪿🤍

On Wednesday, September 9th, internationally acclaimed artists Arthur Coates & Kerran Cotterell are taking over the Brewhouse for TWO live sessions!

Winners of the Robinson Emerging Artist Showcase at the 2025 Goderich Celtic Roots Festival, this duo brings fiddle, guitar, foot percussion, vocals and a whole lot of energy. And trust us, these two are seriously fun to watch. 👏
