PEDESTRIANS STRUCK: Police are on scene of a serious collision on Mapleview Dr W after two children were struck while crossing the street.
Mapleview Dr W is closed between Garibaldi Dr and Nakiska Ct for the investigation. Female driver remained on scene.
Two children were transported to hospital. One was later airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre.
Road reopening time unknown.

Vehicle vs pedestrians (children) Marcellus and Mapleview area. ORNGE has landed at RVH, unknown at this this if related to incident

Due to a wedding this Saturday and several other caterings this weekend, I’ll have to throw in the towel for Friday and Saturday for hot catering trays. If I’ve you’ve left me a voicemail or email you’re in :)
