Osprey Snack Bar The Osprey Snack Bar is located on the Osprey 2000 Ferry which sails between Balfour and Kootenay Bay BC on the beautiful Kootenay Lake.

Good afternoon All😊
The MV Balfour will be doing crew training tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17th from 8am-3pm. It will NOT be taking any traffic/passengers during this time. The MV Osprey will of course be in service on winter schedule.
Summer schedule will begin on Monday June 22nd September 13th 2026.

Ferry left Kootenay bay early, at 7:05am for medical emergency.

So as of 8am the Osprey is still scheduled to return to service at 2:50pm today.
If this changes, I will post.
The Snack Bar will reopen at 6:30am tomorrow morning.
