When we were putting together the menu for PD Diner, I quietly took liver and onions off the list.

I thought, “No one is going to order this anymore.”

Then Ed came in.

He looked at the menu and said, “Something’s missing…”

And I already knew what he was going to say.

When he confirmed it, Jimmy lit up.

Because of course… Jimmy loves liver and onions.

So now it’s not gone.

It’s just a secret menu dish.

This episode is based on a very real PD Diner menu debate.
