The Pines is now open for day trips only. You can hike our trails or canoe the Pickerel River. Please do not go beyond it at this time.

Next time you visit, think about what you're leaving behind.

While our staff work very hard to keep Quetico clean, sometimes the litter at our destination beaches is more than we can keep up with.

Keep track of your trash and make sure it ends up in the garbage!

The Dawson Trail Campground Pavilion hours are changing:

This Saturday and Sunday (September 5th and 6th): 8:00AM -6:00PM

After September 7th:
Sunday – Thursday: 8:30AM -4:30PM
Friday & Saturday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM

We will be open 7 days a week until our last day Monday, October 12th.

Just an update on beer and liquor bottle/can returns .... because of the BEER Store Truck breakdown this week, we no longer have room for returns. They hope to be here some time next week. Apologize for inconvenience. Out of our hands. Please share.

Thank you all for sharing our posts about closures of the restaurant. Some circumstances over the past few weeks have left us unable to post. Many of you have experienced them. Grateful for the outcome of these fires and power outages.... and very sad for those that have lost treasured lodges, family places and properties. Also, so saddened for First Nation people who have lost so much..... entire communities. We will try to keep you all informed about our hours of operation and do the best we can to be here for you. So. Update. We got our power back again. In a very short time,THANK YOU HYDRO ONE. . We are open 9 to 5 in the store every day. The restaurant will be closed this Saturday, but open every other day of the week 9 to 2:30. Taking this opportunity to THANK each and every one of you for the concern, thoughts and prayers you have expressed for us here at Quetico North. We are very grateful. 💜

So ......... here on Monday, July 20 ....QUETICO NORTH is without power again. Pretty strong winds in these parts. Sorry for the inconvenience. No word on when it will be back yet.
