Well here we go.....

We thought we might burn out but we never thought we'd burn down...Saturday, August 22nd the fire department was called to the truck around 4:30 in the morning and as we arrived to open up shop, we instead arrived to pick up the pieces.

We have been overwhelmed by the massive support from close friends, friends of the truck and the entire community as a whole as well as the fire department.

Our hearts are full of love & hope and we are truly feeling the good vibes from absolutely everyone 💚

Our very good friend Tara has started a GoFundMe on our behalf and we look forward to rebuilding and giving back again soon.

This is just the start of our gratitude tour as there are so many people to shout out and thank..so stay tuned... there's more to come.

Smothered 'wet' Burrito : stuffed with chorizo, mozza, refried beans, tomatoes, pickled red onions, chipotle aioli, and smothered with salsa Roja topped with queso fresco.

El Rancho Brekky Wrap-chorizo sausage party, chive and egg omelette, havarti, bacon, smashed avo, chipotle aioli and queso drizzle. Grilled and gooood.

Re-Introducing The Great Gambino 🇮🇹.

This is our Italian Chopped Sando- chopped ham, chopped salami, chopped bacon and chopped calabrese peppers all griddled with minced garlic and topped with melty mozzarella, layered over fresh made pesto aioli and topped with chopped romaine and tomatoes with honey mustard vinaigrette all on thick cut grilled brioche bread.
Holy Cannoli and Mama Mia you are gunna want this sando like now-o!
