Big News & Exciting Changes!

Our family has some exciting news to share! Mike has accepted an incredible new career opportunity that will be taking our family to Western Ontario!

I couldn't be prouder of him. Anyone who knows Mike knows how incredibly hard he works, and this opportunity is so well deserved. We're beyond excited for this next chapter and all the adventures ahead!

With this new opportunity comes some changes to our family schedule, so I'll be reducing my hours at The Waffle Lady to better balance family life and the shop.

New Hours: Thursday–Saturday
11 AM– 4 PM

But don't worry, this isn't goodbye! We'll be back for the summer 2027 season, ready for another summer of waffles, ice cream, and sweet memories!

This little shop has been such a special part of our lives, and the thought of returning for another summer of waffles, ice cream, and familiar faces makes this transition a little easier.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all the love and support you've shown our family and this little business. We're so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community

**A LITTLE UPDATE FROM THE WAFFLE LADY**

We had planned to reopen this week after our two-week break, but the renovations happening inside our shop are taking a little longer than expected.

To give us enough time to finish everything properly—and make sure the shop is ready and welcoming for you—we will remain closed until the end of September.

We know this is a longer break than originally planned, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re working hard behind the scenes and can’t wait to welcome you back in October with our refreshed space and exciting new fall menu!

Good morning, folks!

We’re so excited to announce our new fall hours:

Wednesday to Saturday
10 AM–6 PM

Although we’re shortening our evening hours, we’ll now be opening at 10 AM with some fun new breakfast and brunch options, along with an expanded lunch menu!

And don’t worry—our famous Belgian sweet waffles and plenty of delicious treats will still be available.

We had the best Summer with our wonderful community. From the bottom of our hearts we wish to say thank you to all our clients who came out to support us during our first summer season! We had so much fun seeing and building connections with the families in our community!

We will be taking 2 much needed weeks off to rest and help our kids as they transition back to a school schedule.

That being said you might still see us in the building as we are working hard on a new and exciting FALL MENU!!! Keep checking up on our social media pages for updates and sneak peaks!!

And again from my family to yours. THANK YOU for all the love and support!!
