Today I walked into the restaurant and it honestly looked completely different. 😳🔥

The interior is finally starting to come to life, the feature wall is taking shape, and for the first time you can really start imagining what the finished restaurant is going to feel like.

After all the demolition, plumbing, permits, framing and construction, seeing this much progress feels unreal.

There’s still a lot left to do, but we’re getting closer every single day. 👀

Day 7 of opening my dream restaurant in Canada 🇨🇦🇵🇰

This is the first day where I walked inside and thought… this finally looks like a restaurant! 😍🔥

After demolition, digging, plumbing, permits, framing and weeks of construction, the vision is finally starting to come together.

You can now actually see the layout taking shape and imagine what Burns Road Karachi is going to look like when everything is finished.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but compared to Day 1, the transformation is crazy. 👀

Day 6 of opening my dream restaurant in Canada 🇨🇦🇵🇰

Finally, after 3 months of waiting, the city permits are approved ✅

This was one of the biggest things holding the project back, so getting this approval feels like a major breakthrough.

On top of that, the wall framing is now completed, and the restaurant is finally starting to look like a real space instead of just an empty construction site.

Now that the permits are approved, we can move much faster with the next stages of the build. 🔨🔥

This journey has already had delays, stress and a lot of waiting — but we’re moving forward.

Big progress today — the in-ground plumbing is finally done and we’ve officially started the framing stage. 🔨🚧

After all the digging and breaking into the floor, things are now starting to move into the next phase of construction. You can finally start seeing how the restaurant layout is going to take shape.

We also cleared out a huge amount of rubble from the site, and every day this empty space is looking more and more like the restaurant we imagined.

Still a long way to go, but Day 5 was a major step forward. 🔥
