They thought it was over but we’re back and ready to take over! That’s right, and all the good things that came with it is making a major comeback in early 2025! From your favourite unique gelato to the addictive fusion sandwiches + more!!
We did it great last time and we’ll do it even better this time! This is now possible thanks to a partnership with , and !
In 2023 spring, the vision and direction of changed and and his recipes had to part ways. This is why some of you may have wondered why the shop suddenly had different products, and ice cream instead of gelato, shawarma instead of the food we originally had. It was no longer or behind it. This is the most concise explanation of the previous closure.
We are very excited to be back and hope you’ll welcome and let us serve you as you did before!

Ksira Jaffna Special Scoop 😍
Inspired by Jaffna ice cream shops, we’ve decided to add our version here with gelato. Starts with authentic Tamil fruit salad made with condensed milk, followed by our in-house Nelli + Rose Jelly, then topped with 3 gelato flavours of your choice. Our gelato is 100% hand-made and with only quality + taste in mind, you can literally taste the superior quality and difference! We don’t believe in cutting a single corner and that’s why we make every single thing in house - you will not find any cheaply pre-made flavours here ever! Finally we top things off with a special chocolate sauce, peanuts and a wafer cookie to finish it off!

The sandwich was loaded with big chunks of boneless & delicious (and tender) mutton, seeni sambol (Sri Lankan spicy caramelized onions), quality cheese from , and topped with a fried egg 🙌

So glad I got to try this flavour bomb today - and got to meet , who insisted we try this sandwich and a couple of others (and a bunch of his gelato and sorbet flavours!)

And huge thanks to .eat.repeat for the invite to tag along today on some Ajax food adventures - so awesome to meet you, Aashim 😊

This sandwich was complimentary - but I’d happily go back to Kṣīra Gelato] and order this sandwich (and more gelato!)

Posted • Emine • Sweetest Reviews] Is ice cream ever worth the drive?? The answer is duh! I legit drove 1 hour for Kṣīra Gelato] during rush hour and I regret nothing! Especially after I saw all their unique flavours of ice cream! Although there was dozens of flavours such a pistachio, cherry cheesecake, walnut crunch, and much more, I decided to try a simpler flavour. I decided to try the peanut butter and jelly flavour, and it was perfection!! The flavours were so rich, I tasted the jelly and the creamy peanut butter! It was so worth the drive! ⁣Just look at all that flavour in the scoop! Each scoop is also topped off with a little graham cracker! Yum
