It’s a mouthful in more ways than one!

This is probably my absolute FAVOURITE cookie ever.

What is brown butter? It’s butter simply cooked past boiling point on low, until it turns brown and produces a rich nutty aroma and flavour. It enhances any brown sugar style cookie as well as other dishes.

I PROMISE you, you will LOVE them!
