Happy Independence month Belize! Wild Mango’s will still be closed for a bit longer for construction to the roof. Please keep checking back, but looks like we will be closed until sometime October.

Happy birthday Chef! This day in 2019, Eric Ripert declared as to honor his friend and to honor a man that showed us the world of the kitchen underbelly and did it with a humor fantastic writing. He took that risk, took that opportunity, took that that bite. He was an inspiration, and a person I could relate to. But please on this day, also remember to take some time and step back, ask yourself how you are and check in. Take care of yourself and your mental health. We miss you every day.
