We had the honor of catering for our first large event in Belmopan this past Friday and it was a hit! We served 75 of the following:
Breakfast Box:
Ham & Cheese Johnny Cake
Banana Muffins w/ a cinnamon & brown sugar crumble

Lunch Box:
Coconut-Cilantro Rice
Asian inspired Oven Roasted BBQ Chicken
Creamy Coleslaw
Sesame Bun

Dessert Box:
Carrot Cupcake w/ Creamcheese Icing
Oversized Triple Chocolate Brownie

Beverages:
Freshly squeezed orange juice
Bottles Coconut water fresh off the tree
Ice cold water to beat to Belmopan heat
