Rick's Cafe We spend a little extra on high quality ingredients. Our pizza dough is hand kneaded daily and cold risen over night. All fish is fresh and not frozen. Thank You.

Ricks Café uses all high end ingredients for its’ menu, i.e.: imported olive oils, Italian semolina pastas and all imported cheeses. All our breads are baked on premise or by John the Bakerman. All dressings, sauces and spice rubs are made in our kitchen. We use imported USDA steaks and the highest quality local meats. Our lettuce mix is hydroponically grown in Belmopan. It all costs a bit more to make, but you will notice the difference.

Rick's Cafe will be closed tday. Due to SCOTUS overturning Roe vs. Wade, I will be personally performing a vasectomy on myself, after a few cocktails, of course. I cannot risk my Sweety girl getting pregnant and arrested crossing State lines for a doggybortion and being harassed by Evangelical wackos. Remember guys, vasectomy are reversible... picnkey no so. Wise man no jook dog battie wit stick.

Rick's is officially closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so the staff can get some rest, it's been packed non-stop since they opened and a couple of days off a week is much needed!
