Rick's Cafe We spend a little extra on high quality ingredients. Our pizza dough is hand kneaded daily and cold risen over night. All fish is fresh and not frozen. Thank You.

Ricks Café uses all high end ingredients for its’ menu, i.e.: imported olive oils, Italian semolina pastas and all imported cheeses. All our breads are baked on premise or by John the Bakerman. All dressings, sauces and spice rubs are made in our kitchen. We use imported USDA steaks and the highest quality local meats. Our lettuce mix is hydroponically grown in Belmopan. It all costs a bit more to make, but you will notice the difference.

We would like to inform our customers that we will remain open throughout the slow season. There will be no changes to our regular schedule, as usual, Wednesday will be our only closed day.
