It was an absolute pleasure to host a wonderful family of 12 (plus the little ones!) for a two-day private chef experience at Moonrise Beach House on Caribbean Way.
Over the two days, we shared delicious meals, lots of laughter, and a few stories about Belizean Creole culture. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared using handpicked, locally sourced ingredients and the freshest seafood caught by our local fishermen.
