Dear friends, neighbors, customers and our entire Hopkins community
After nearly 10 unforgettable years of serving our beloved village, Kat’s Coffee will be closing its doors TODAY. It has truly been an honor to share not only our love for coffee but also our love for connection and community with all of you.
What began as Kat’s simple passion for coffee grew into something far greater than we ever imagined—a cozy coffee shop that blossomed with an expanded menu, a warm atmosphere and a deep bond with our community.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your unwavering support, your smiles and the encouraging feedback that carried us through the years.

To Diamond, our Marketing Manager and Barista – thank you for spreading the magic of Kat’s Coffee far and wide with your creativity and enthusiasm. Every cup you crafted came with flair and love, and your energy lit up the room.
To Daneesha, our Barista – your kindness, beautiful smile and gentle spirit greeted every guest with warmth. You reminded us daily that small gestures make a big difference and your care never went unnoticed.

As we take this time to reflect, we are filled with gratitude. Thank you for being part of our journey, for the love you've shown and for the countless memories we’ve made together. The mornings shared, the laughters and the community we created will stay in our hearts forever.
