We want to share our salsa receipe with only you.
First dice carrots and onion in small pieces . Marinate in lime juice and water and salt to taste. The proportion of water to lime is about 4 lime -1 water but you can do it to your taste.
This mix needs at least 1 hour and can stay in your frig for 2-3 days. When you are ready to eat, dice fresh tomatoes, about half the quantity of what you want to eat, the other half is the marinated mix you already have, add some of the lime juice mix. Chop some cilantro and add along with our hot sauce, ( you can also add habanero ) Adjust the salt, gets some chips and eat.
