The Caladium Restaurant is a premier dining area that combines quality dining service with affordable prices, comfortable air-conditioned atmosphere, and immediate access to bus stations, government offices, banks and other business places. The Caladium Restaurant is owned and operated by the Del Valle family (Frances, Selina, Tricia and Leonel) and was opened on the 28th of December, 1984. It has

one of the longest history as a business place in Belmopan and has been providing quality dining and affordable prices for over 30 years. The first services offered by the Caladium Restaurant were mainly traditional corn foods and local drinks. However, as the new Capital of Belmopan developed, the services of the Caladium Restaurant evolved to offer quality traditional and international meals throughout the day.
