Position: Retail Merchandiser Supervisor
Fine Brands Botswana is looking for a motivated, organised and results-driven Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the merchandising team
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced and well-stocked
• Monitor merchandising standards across assigned outlets
• Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback
• Ensure promotional displays and campaigns are executed correctly
• Track stock levels and identify out-of-stock or slow-moving products
• Prepare merchandising reports and provide regular updates to management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
• Train, guide and motivate merchandisers to achieve set targets
🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail or a related field
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of retail and merchandising principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Valid driver’s licence will be an advantage
• Must be willing to travel between retail outlets when required
