Texas has been truly amazing in every sense. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a place where everything has its own rhythm — bold, warm, and full of character.

The barbecue alone could convince anyone to stay longer. The flavors were exceptional — rich, smoky, and unforgettable. The aroma of wood burning in the pits filled the air and set the tone long before the first bite. It wasn’t just food; it was an experience that wrapped together tradition, craft, and atmosphere.

Even the 45‑minute wait for a table felt like part of the adventure. And honestly, it was worth every second. The anticipation only made the meal more satisfying.

Like the saying goes, “everything is bigger in Texas,” and this trip proved it. Bigger flavors, bigger hospitality, bigger memories. It has definitely been the highlight of my journey.
